What data we process
When you submit the request form, we process your name, phone number, e-mail (optional), pickup and destination location, vehicle details, a description of the situation, and any photos you choose to provide.
Purpose of processing
We use this data solely to handle your request — contacting you, arranging the towing, transport or other requested service, and handling any complaints.
Legal basis
Processing is necessary for pre-contractual negotiations and contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or based on our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
Recipients of data
We do not share your data with third parties, except for essential technical providers: our web hosting and Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection on the request form), which is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Retention period
We keep request data for as long as necessary to handle it and any follow-up communication, but no longer than 24 months from submission, unless required otherwise by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, restrict processing, request data portability, and object to processing. You may also file a complaint with your national data protection authority (in the Czech Republic: uoou.cz).
